to the open source code editor built with the web for the web.

Hack on Brackets and hang out with the community at Adobe MAX. Contribute to the open source code editor built with the web for the web.

Brackets is an MIT-licensed open-source code editor for web design and development. It’s built on top of open web standards (JavaScript, HTML and CSS) so if you have the skills to use Brackets, you have the skills to contribute, extend and hack on Brackets. If hacking on the core editor isn’t your thing, Brackets has a growing extension API that makes it easy to integrate your favorite framework or web-based tool.

Brackets committers and community members will be on hand to answer questions and help merge your contributions into the project.

Bring your laptop. There will be internet, power and plenty of table space to comfortably work. No prior experience with Brackets is required.

An Adobe MAX ticket is NOT required to participate in the hackathon. Registration not required (but it will get you an awesome t-shirt).
